Leadership & people
Result oriented leaders, staff who work to the same principles
Our directors are practising engineers and builders. Site teams, draughtspeople and lab technicians work to written method statements, so quality does not depend on who happens to be on site that day.
- Every project has one named lead responsible from brief to handover.
- Costs, programme and variations are reported to the client in writing.
- Safety and site housekeeping are inspected weekly, not occasionally.
